The mentioned cost is for one session (1.5 hour).

The session fees include:

* 1 computer, 1 video projector, 1 screen, 2 microphones, and 1 assistance staff.
* complementary guest passes as follows:
- * 200 - 250 pax: 3 complementary guest passes.
- * 100 - 200 pax: 2 complementary guest passes.
- * 50 pax: one complementary guest passes.
* Logo on website/ publications.
* One coffee break.
* For the additional equipment or service (equipment, furniture, additional staff and etc.), it will be charged to the applicant.
* Translation could be provided with extra fees.
