MWRI IS PLAYING AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN RAISING CHILDREN AWARENESS ABOUT WATER CONSERVATION

Proceeding from the general theme of the 1st Cairo Water Week, “water conservation for sustainable development”, Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation will launch an event titled “Children Water club”, in cooperation with Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of
Culture and UNESCO Cairo office. the event aims to raise children awareness about water conservation issues. On the sidelines of this event, many activities about water conservation will be held such as literary workshop, painting activities and puppet shows. In this regard, MWRI and the partner organizations held fruitful preparatory meetings to discuss the needed arrangements for these activities. Children from different governorates all over Egypt would participate in this event
